NYCCFB Votes on Enforcement Matters at Public Meeting
09/18/2024
September 18, 2024 – On Thursday September 12th, the NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) voted to assess penalties to three committees from the 2021 election cycle. Please refer to the tables below for more details on these determinations. The Board also voted to deny a 7-09 Petition for the reconsideration of a non-payment determination from the Daniella May 2023 Campaign.
Other business conducted during the public meeting included an announcement of campaigns that were in compliance. These candidates have completed the post-election audit process without any violations or penalties assessed by the Campaign Finance Board. The Board recognizes the diligence of the candidates and their staff in running campaigns that maintained compliance with New York City’s campaign finance program. Of these campaigns, nine are first time candidates with the Campaign Finance Board.
